Our Home Daycare

Playroom

We have a designated playroom for daycare. Areas include: dramatic play, infant play, library, imaginative play, music, gross motor, and art.

Dining Area

We have a child sized table and chairs for dining and activities or highchairs for infants. We strive for family style meals. I encourage independence. I provide two meals, and two snacks and in accordance to food program regulations.

Outside Play

Outside play is a big part of our day during all seasons. We have swings, slides, sandbox, playhouse, bikes, and a large open space to run! And for more fun, the children help garden, and care for the chickens. :)

Field Trips

I'm a huge advocate for exposing the children to experiences. I very rarely turn on the TV but more often take the kids out! We go to the library, parks, splash pads, swimming lessons, dance, movies, and more!

Naptime

We offer quiet, and comfortable napping on approved mats or cribs. Naps are age, and duration appropriate. I provide blankets, pillows, and sheets.

Safe and fun!

Being a state licensed daycare home means I must meet all the rules and regulations for safety. Everything in my home meets requirments, so we can stay safe and have fun!
